Getting a new identification card can be a hassle, but before you head out to your local DMV, make sure you are well-prepared! Oklahoma ID Cards
If you do not drive but need or want a form of identification, you can obtain an Oklahoma state ID card by going to your nearest driver license examiner's office. You will need to pay a $10 fee and provide the following documents:
- One primary ID (examples below)
- Original or certified birth certificate
- U.S. passport
- Certificate of naturalization
- One secondary ID (examples below)
- Voter ID card
- Social security card
- Vehicle registration or title
You will need to renew your Oklahoma ID card every four years. You will need to visit your local driver license examiner's office and provide a primary ID and pay a $10 fee.
If your ID card has been lost, stolen, or is beyond repair, you may obtain a replacement. You will have to pay a $10 fee and fulfill the same requirements for obtaining a renewed ID card.
