Getting a new identification card can be a hassle, but before you head out to your local DMV, make sure you are well-prepared! Utah ID Cards
If you do not drive but want or need a form of identification, visit your local licensing office, complete the requisite application, pay a fee of $18 (cash, check, money order or credit card), and provide the required documents. If you need to renew your ID card, you can do so at your local licensing office. You will have to provide the same documentation you did when you obtained your original ID card.
If your card has been lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you will have to complete the same process you did when you obtained your original ID card.
