Reinstate Suspended License in Arizona
When you have a suspended Arizona drivers license, you will not be allowed to legally drive for a certain period of time. After serving your suspension, you can apply to reinstate your Arizona license by completing a few steps.
In order to reinstate your license, you must:
- Request an investigation packet from the MVD. Once the investigation is complete, you may receive a ?Permission to Apply? notice.
- Present proof of future financial responsibility if your license was suspended due to a DUI.
- Fill out an application and pay a reinstatement fee.
You can pay a reinstatement fee by cash, money order or credit card, however, no cash is accepted via mail. Payment can be made at your local MVD office or online. If you need to reinstate a commercial drivers license, contact your MVD for information about the specific fees.
