Reinstate Suspended License in Hawaii
In Hawaii, your drivers license can be suspended for a period of 90 days to over a year, depending on the offense that you committed. However, once you receive a Notice of Restoration in the mail, you will be able to start taking the proper steps to reinstate your suspended Hawaii drivers license.
To reinstate your Hawaii license, you must:
- Visit your local drivers license office
- Pay any required restoration fee
- Fill out the proper renewal application
If you do not want to pay your restoration fee in person, you can mail a check or money order to the Driver License Division in Hawaii. Remember that even after your license is restored, you will be under a one-year probationary period.
