How to replace your Idaho driver's license

If you are a resident of Idaho and in state when you realize you need to replace your Idaho driver's license, head down to your local DMV office to obtain a replacement driver's license. Make sure to bring an acceptable form of identification with your photo on it to proof your identity.
If you happen to be out of state and need to replace your Idaho driver's license simply download the Duplicate Driver's License form, print and fill it out. Make sure to include your payment of $11.50 (check, money order, or MasterCard or Visa information; do not send cash), and mail or fax it.
